1. On the reservation
page, you can simply fill in all your details to request your room,
if the room is vacant as soon as your payment
is accepted
the room is yours and immediatly booked and confirmed.
The Hotel Voucher will be sent to your e.mail account
you have filled in
reservation page.
2. If the room
for the period wanted is not available, you fill up the form
with period details and credit cards data, mail us the request and we will
try our best to find a room in the same hotel / b & b / others, and within
24 hours you will receive a mail to your e.mail account to
conferm or not the availability
including a link to our secure payment page to place your payment.
If you are booking a room within next 7days, this step
is not applied. No room available no request, you are please, kindly
request to try another hotel.
3. Upon receiving on payment details, we will issue you a confirmation voucher and send to your email account you have filled in reservation page. When you check in to the hotel, you can present this confirmation voucher at front desk.

Can I make hotel reservations by phone?

When will my reservation be confirmed ?
If chosen hotel has availability in our reservation system, you are checking for your traveling date, your reservation will be confirmed instantly. If not, and you requested the room ( even if is not available ) it takes up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation of availability from hotels / our operators. Until you receive a confirmation voucher from us, your reservation is not confirmed.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed
?
Your reservation is confirmed
when you receive a confirmation voucher
from us by e.mail. On completion of request and
payment, we issue you the confirmation voucher which you can present at the
hotel.

You can cancel your reservation

How do I change my check in date ?
You can change your check in date by calling us at ++39 - 185 - 272981 however, as you change your check in date, there is possibility that your preferred hotels are fully booked. If you would like us to find alternative room for you, please mention on the phone.

To extend your reservation,
you can call us at ++39 - 185 - 272981 and
tell us when you would like to check out. However, as you are extending your
stay, your preferred room or hotel may not have available
rooms.

It is entirely up
to policies of hotel you are staying. Shortening your stay
may be eligible. However, the refund for nights you are willing to cancel
is not guaranteed by Last Minute Genova customer' support. If
the hotel
doesn't require for full amount, we will refund for
nights you do not stay.

When my
room on request is confirmed ?
When
a room is on request it means that you made a reservation
for a certain accomodation in a Hotel / Other,
that has no vacancy. As soon that the hotel will
have a free room, offering the services you want, a mail
will be sent to you with a link to a payment page with your reservation.
To confirm you will simply have to proceed with the payment with your card.
Once the payment is accepted by the secure payment sistem, you immediatly
will receive the voucher to show to the front desk of the Hotel choosen.

Is the Credit Card Transaction safe ?
When you insert your Credit Card into a web site / page, it is ABSOLUTELY SAFE, the payment sistem are used by the best banking sistem supplyer.
There are anyway a couple of things to be checked to be more relaxed.
1) the page that you are supposed to insert your Credit Card number must show in the " URL / Address " the place on top where you tipe the URL an " s" in fron of the " http:// " .
Normaly any URL is written " http:// www. whatever .... .com
When is a secure site for payment an " s " is written : shttp://www. ...
The " s " is enough to make you sure that the web page for the payment is safe.
2) When you are in a Safe page for payment there must be a locker icon in the right bottom angle to also garantee the safeness of the page.
